REFUND POLICY FOR THIS EVENT:

30 + Days Prior to Event:

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may be refunded your full registration fee provided you notify us of your cancelation in writing at least 30 days prior to the day of the event.

30 – 7 Days Prior to Event:

If the event is within 30 days, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call MJA Real Consulting, LLC at least 7 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment to another  participant –  a $25 transfer fee will apply.  Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible for transfer.  If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, we will convert your registration fee to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward any future MJA seminar or event for up to one full year (12 months) from the original event date.  The registration fee will be credited for the exact amount that was originally paid, which may be applied to a future event – some restrictions apply and you may be responsible for the difference in registration amounts as different seminars/events vary in cost.

7 Days or Less Prior to Event:

There are no refunds for cancelations within seven (7) days of an event. If you are unable to attend, please notify MJA Real Consulting, LLC and we may, in our sole discretion, offer a non-refundable credit  to a future event within one full year (12 months) from the date of the canceled event for your registration fee. Please note, we are under no obligation to do offer a credit, and you may lose the full value or your registration fee.

Day-Of Event:

If you are unable to attend with no notice, no refund or credit will be issued for the registration cost under any circumstance.
